The program uses a range of training systems to benefit the athletes not only physically. Athletes have reported better balance, coordination and confidence skills to name a few, whilst on the program. The interest and demand in FAM™ have risen consistently and there are plans to expand the program further within New Zealand and soon internationally. Currently, about 400 adaptive athletes are attending classes each week. The program is working out of respected wellbeing facilities and Gyms in Auckland with the support of volunteers from the community, local Universities and businesses which ensures the classes are fun-filled, energetic and safe. The FAM™Program focuses on a FAMily feel and the client first, always.
