Responsibilities:- Acting as a trusted business analyst professional within the operations and technology division and working closely with all stakeholders (internal/external) across the organisation- Eliciting business requirements with investment management teams across QIC and translating into clear requirements for technology teams-Creating user stories to deliver the strongest business value with acceptance criteria and traceability to business processes- Performing current state analysis on existing processes and systems and creating detailed process maps to reflect as-is and to-be state- Providing guidance and clarification to technology team members responsible for developing and testing technology requirements- Maintaining strong relationships with project delivery and business teams, ensuring business requirements are clearly articulated across all stakeholders- Working within an agile environment whilst adhering to QIC methodologies- Identifying and communicating any potential project risk management areas whilst adhering to GS007 and risk requirements- Creating technical documentation across project delivery teams, including user guides for systems, user training presentations, data flow modelling, workflow diagrams and ad-hoc end user documents- Supporting the creation of test case design, test case scenarios and test data setup to ensure an effective risk-based test approach- Performing test execution across all levels of the testing pyramid, including system testing, user acceptance testing and production verification testing- Performing root cause analysis and coordinating defect triage processes to determine required resolution and workarounds for any blockers- Providing realistic and accurate estimations for project work, ensuring strict project deadlines are met within a reasonable timeframe
