I review engine performance and reliability, implement engine maintenance policy according to OEM recommendations.I'm the company focal point to support Rolls-Royce in DAC (Direct Accumulation Counting) system integration for RR Trent 1000 engines.I'm using my problem solving skills to create a global fleet management program to reduce cost of ownership and stagger the PW1500 engine fleet. I also collaborate and engage warranty claims with OEM and MRO’s, and participate to site supervision.

Lead engineer within CAMO department for Air France Industries customers.Fully dedicated to Air China, Air China Cargo, Aeroflot and Air Austral, GE90-100 power plant for Boeing 777-300 ER fleet, representing more than 100 engines to monitor.During this experience, I have led and conducted Technical Review Meetings (TRM) on customer’s site in Russia, China, and Reunion Island. Built and submitted efficient removal plan according to customer’s flight environment and engines Mean Time Before Removal (MTBR), in order to avoid operational disruptions (AOG). I've conducted difficult negociations in regards with engines agreed maintenance policy with customers according to OEM GE90 Workscope Planning Guide (WPG).In addition to my daily tasks of airworthiness tracking and implementation, I've partnered with quotation department with technical assessment and recommendation with regards to customers bidding (2 contracts won). And, optimized balance sheet ending on PBH contract (20% savings on contracts).

Provide highly accurate communication on fleet’s top in-service open items during GE’s WTT and Technical Review Meeting (TRM).I've led a inspection shop industrialization for part inspection and repair. Created an analysis process to increase the inspection criteria’s extension (LEAN), resulting in more efficient conditions deviations treatment which led to 3 million Euros savings.In addition to the above, I've provided dispositions when the condition observed on parts or module deviated from Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICAs) documentations, and responded to customer's AOG situation.

Coordinated fire blanket design with American partners (BOEING, TIGHITCO).I've contributed to the LEAP-1B composite fan case acoustic panels development and industrialization.
