Current• Owned the day-to-day relationship with publishers Marvel and IDW as operational point-of contact for over ten years, and with multiple other publishers large and small over briefer periods during that time.• As TAM for Marvel and IDW, had responsibility for the release of over 30,000 front- and back-list Marvel titles, and over 5,000 IDW titles, as well as the management of existing back catalogs.• As TAM Process Manager, own the development and refining of SOP and Best Practice for the TAM team, creating documentation and training for all Comixology TAMs.• Contributed to operation of the Comixology Submit program, providing over 4,000 small-press and self-published comic creators with a pathway for digital distribution by assisting with submission reviews, operational tools, policy discussions, release scheduling, and direct communication with creators including outreach regarding file quality and content.• Re-opened enrollment in the Comixology Unlimited (CU) subscription program to Submit creators by leveraging existing tools from external teams to create a scalable and easy-to-follow SOP for helping creators migrate their Submit books to Kindle (a technical requirement for CU) and onboarding them into the CU royalty program.• Worked closely with developer teams and other stakeholders building internal tools, acting as a subject matter expert representing the needs of both Comixology Ops teams and our publishers.• Lead a project developing a new tool and SOP allowing publisher promotional sales scheduled on the Comixology store by our Merchandising team to be easily duplicated on the Kindle store worldwide, expanding the reach of comics promotion on Amazon and reducing redundant work for both publishers and Kindle operations teams.
