My career combines deep knowledge of the buildings industry and information science with a natural talent for communications and a personal mission of environmentalism. My mindset has always been and will always be service oriented -- How can I help?I enjoy developing new corporate capabilities that enhance thought leadership and effectiveness. At AMCA International, I formalized staff positions for marketing/communications and content development leading to a 500% increase in the annual budget for these activiies; helped launch education/training as a member service; and conceptualized the Air Systems Engineering and Technology (ASET) Conference that occurs annually in Asia, Europe, Middle East, and North America, each having regionally focused topics and speakers. Lately, I've been shifting my time and energy toward association/business partnerships, and mentoring the next generation of professionals to become effective leaders and managers.
