Project Portfolio Management - Mapped and analyzed the company's current enterprise-wide project portfolio management process. Directed the team in primary and secondary research and competitor data analysis. Presented a comprehensive final assessment to our Project Sponsor, which included a phased change management approach.

Managed and empowered the five-person Financial Services unit. Identified new payment options/mechanisms for grantees during geo-political instability. Received 2005 CEO Performance Award for outstanding unit performance.

Evaluated and maintained over 2000+ project budgets (over $15 million USD) to help grantees achieve project goals within budget. Effectively negotiated with domestic and international vendors to make equipment and supply purchases on behalf of grantees with the knowledge of country specific custom laws. Received 2003 CEO Performance Award for outstanding individual performance.
