Taurus intends to expand and redevelop the existing 47,000 SF Civica Center into a 62,500 SF property comprising of medical office and ground floor retail. In addition, Taurus will construct a 460,000 SF apartment tower on the existing .77 parking lot.

Personally founded and financed Altitude Development in 2006 after sale of Highrise Partners Ltd. Developed a 40 acre site for a $36 million luxury resort development project named SUMMIT AT BRIAN HEAD, located in the ski resort town of Brian Head, Utah. Finished full design, development and construction drawings to complete Phase 1 of the project, including the first 4 story, 36-unit condominium building and 3 luxury town homes. Secured a $2.1 mil Special Improvement District (SID) from the town and completed horizontal and lateral development of Phase 1. Established Sales Offices in Brian Head and Las Vegas, built a Sales Model and started condo sales in 2007. Ceased sales activities and turned over project to M&I Bank in 2009 during the global financial crisis.

First investment banking role as Registered Representative. Introduced client resulting in $200+m financing for land-based casino development in Canada (Silver Pacific Advisors was the predecessor company to Valtus Capital Group)

As 50% partner with The Congress Group (Boston), optioned and fully entitled the 4.4 acre Scandia Family Fun Center in July 2004 for high-density infill development with the City of Las Vegas. Completely master planned and designed KALLISTO LAS VEGAS, a twin 50-story tower, 700 unit,luxury residential high-rise condominium project on the site. Sold entire project to the Fisher Bros of New York in September 2005 for $25m at the peak of the market, a 50x cash-on-cash return, immediately prior to construction.

Directed all marketing and business development activities at Nevada's third largest law firm on a part-time basis while developing the Kallisto Las Vegas luxury condominium high rise project.

Led the acquisitions of Wang Voice Systems from Wang, Inc. and ASYNC from MCI Telecommunications. Grew revenue from $10m to $80m within 9 months.

Founded the first US company to receive investment from British Telecom plc. Pioneered the first voice mail service business in the Bay Area. After merging with VoiceCom, Inc. in 1987, sold the assets of Friend Technologies to Pacific Bell (now AT&T) in 1990

Second stint in Silicon Valley. Hired by Nolan Bushnell (creator of the first video game, PONG, Atari, Pizza Time Theater) to run the B.O.B. personal robot product. Secured full-page editorial in Playboy before company BK in December. Great 6 month run.

Based in London and Hamburg, established and ran distribution for MITS video-based large mainframe computer training in Europe and the Middle East

First job in Silicon Valley. Established relationships with MCI, WESTAR and international carriers. Received a US Patent for a virtual private voice network over the PSTN using out-of-band X25 data networking. This Valley legend, founded by Gene Richeson and my three mentors, the late Ken Oshman, Walter Loewenstern, and Robert Maxfield, sold to IBM in 1982 for $1.8 billion.
