I will be beginning my 8th year as the Instructional Technology Coordinator for the Sheboygan Area School District. After being a part of an incredible technology team in Fond du Lac who was responsible for deploying the largest 1:1 rollout of Chromebooks in the state of Wisconsin, I joined the Sheboygan Area School District to help guide their 1:1 Initiative. I spent all summer traveling across the country with some of my teammates, and tech pals, to help educate other districts on the power of using Google Apps, Chrome, Web 2.0 tools, and a plethora of other tools and strategies to help them as they move towards a 1:1 environment. I will continue teaching others about GSuite and best practices for setting up a 1:1 environment and look forward to seeing many of you at upcoming educational conferences. I am also a Google Certified Innovator and Trainer.

I recently took a new position in the school district as a technology integration specialist. I was one of four people hired whose job it will be to integrate technology into the newly developed curriculum. We will assist teachers, as well as support staff, as our district adopts the largest Chromebook rollout in the state of Wisconsin. I am also a major supporter of Google Apps for Education and the utilization of the Chrome browser. I have participated in several webinars, TV interviews, written articles, technology conference presentations, and leading Google training sessions which allows me to evangelize about Google products (not to be confused with the original "Google Evangelist" Jaime Casap), which has allowed me to network with some of the most incredible employees at Google. I have also met some great people from school districts across the country who have the same mission/1:1 Initiative as our school district has. I am very lucky to be a part of a team that really makes a difference in how we now educate our students. We have been on a mission for the past year and all the hard work is now paying off with how students and teachers approach education.
