I spend my days talking with high school students and their parents about their excitement, worries, and stresses around the college admissions process. I then play the role of matchmaker - determining exactly what kind of support each family needs, and which of our incredible counselors and tutors is best suited to guide them along the way.

I guide high school students through the sometimes exhausting, tedious, and joyful process of applying to college. I recognize that each of my students is unique and therefore a 'formula' does not exist for getting a student into college. We must approach the process in the way that best suits each student.

I worked with our Greek host institution, the American College of Thessaloniki to coordinate educational and cultural excursions. I was responsible for addressing any student concerns that arose and meeting with any students that violated N.U.in policy. I oversaw a team of four current and former Northeastern students that served as on-site staff for the program. I also taught two sections of the Global Experience course, which challenged students to reflect deeply on their experience in Greece and their own place in the world.

I traveled around Kansas City, Houston, and Chicago speaking with parents and students at high school visits and college fairs, sharing with them why the University of Missouri is so amazing. I had the pleasure of serving as the advisor of the United Ambassadors diversity recruitment team during a time when Mizzou was forced to confront the mistreatment of underrepresented students on campus. I created a new enrollment data projection equation based on historical enrollment deposit trends. This allowed us to more accurately predict enrollment for the 2015 and 2016 freshman class.

I traveled with a group of 30 undergraduate students from the University of Missouri to serve as staff for middle school English immersion summer camps in the Jeollanam-do Province of South Korea. Over the course of two-10 day camps we taught thousands of students across the province, serving as the native English speaking instructors throughout the camp. We taught vocabulary, grammar, and culture to the students and worked to make their English immerison experience a fun one.

I ran a 515 student residence hall on campus. All of my residents were freshmen male students. Along with my staff of 14 Residential Advisors, I oversaw programming, conduct, and maintenance for the building. I coordinated with our maintenance and housekeeping staff of seven to ensure that issues were addressed in a timely manner.

I established a procedure for a brand new campus-wide package tracking system. I oversaw a student staff of 10 desk assistants. I also advised the residence hall association in their programming efforts throughout the year.
