TFT evolved from a live training program into a hybrid model, integrating digital learning with a physical journal tailored to meet the physical demands of policing.In 2005, Aguilar partnered with the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration on Project Green-Yellow-Red, an impaired driving prevention initiative. In 2009, he collaborated with the Blue Knights of Wisconsin Chapter XVIII and the Wisconsin Dept of Transportation to create the "5=Zero in Wisconsin" motorcycle safety campaign.Aguilar holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Missouri University of Science & Technology and an MBA in Marketing from St. Ambrose University. He is completing his Ph.D. in Mass Communication at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where he is ABD (All But Dissertation).An accomplished public speaker, Aguilar is among fewer than 12,000 Toastmasters out of 4 million past and present members to achieve Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM) status.Aguilar's career exemplifies his dedication to leveraging technology, research, and collaboration to create innovative public safety, health, and prevention solutions.
