An amazing story of Ultra Color helping Top Graphics in 2017 with growing pains, starting working closely on new projects, developing a friendship, realizing each company had unique capabilities and no overlap in clients, and possibly consider a strategic partnership.In 2019 Ultra Color moved in with Top Graphics combining capabilities and staff. We worked on our culture and exploring our increased product offerings and service.Our understanding of who we are now has led to our journey of the rebranding. Started out working on the second shift to help establish workflow, procedures, and the potential of what digital offset printing could become. Quickly determined our own methodology and understanding of the technology and achieved the very first in the world the certification of GRACoL7 and Fogra 39 on a digital offset press. We created a paradigm shift in the printing industry on what was considered high quality print production. Even to the point other printing companies and print service providers hired us to educate and train them on our success.

Technical support for printers, pre-press, and design companies. Helped to design workflows and product (software and hardware) selections.

First generation of IT for a pre-press house, focusing on workflow, equipment, and internal training to keep innovation happening. Expanded support to clients and eventually other print and pre-press houses across the US.

General production responsibilities grew from proofing, to scanning, to retouching. Learned the value of working 7 days a week, 12 hours a day, during the boom of our industry at that time.
