I have 33 years years experience as a tax professional in tax planning and analysis in the areas of mergers, acquisitions, reorganizations, divestitures and financing. I have broad and deep knowledge of federal and state corporate, partnership and LLC tax issues ranging from income tax to franchise tax to state and local sales/use tax and property tax. I have negotiated contracts not only as a tax advisor but as a fully participating business advisor. I have helped design legislation and participated in lobbying activities at the federal and state level.
