I have successfully led and implemented strategic initiatives that enhance employee engagement, retention, performance, and development across diverse and multicultural workforces.As the Chief Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Officer at Cambridge Health Alliance, a leading community health system affiliated with Harvard Medical School, I provide enterprise-wide leadership in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. I oversee the Multicultural Affairs and Patient & Volunteer Services departments, and direct the development, implementation, and oversight of the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Strategy.
