Sometimes I make important decisions... sometimes I fix toilets. I have a great job. I am blessed to do what I do. On a daily basis I oversee a great group of 20+ staff members, manage all outreach, admissions and marketing efforts, and attempt to lead our organization in an ethical, prosperous and fun manner. On a weekly basis I oversee human resources, funding (medical billing, private billing and nonprofit fundraising), lead our program expansion, staff recruitment and training... plus a myriad of other challenging tasks. Managed fundraising; corporate donors and in-kind donors to provide for 100% of operating costs and expansion costs. Built and established a working social network to serve as a portal for coop/collaboration agencies and easy, up-to-date information for general public and clients throughout Colorado. Built system for marketing, billing, and providing online meetings (DUI classes, 12-step recovery meetings) that meet state accreditation requirements to clients (primarily) in rural areas. Completed Code Academy classes for minimal application of HTML code throughout site.
