Miller Brands is the UK&Ireland operating business for SABMiller. It was formed in 2006 to focus on the import, sales and marketing for the premium brands within the global SABMiller portfolio, including Peroni, Pilsner Urquell and Miller, based across both the UK and Ireland territory. Miller Brands has a turnover of £260m combined with a strong profit conversion and continues to convert value and volume growth to double digit profit growth.

The strategic review process defined the divestment of 2 businesses and the retention of 4 business categories. This was implemented April 2006. Heinz Frozen Foods was then run as a standalone business under the Heinz European structure.
