I led a team of eight territory consultants who establish and sustain international travel programs that are equitable and accessible to all students. I empower each consultant to be a business owner. We focus on renewing and maximizing core business and breaking into new schools via strategic referrals and prospecting.

This began as an outside sales role that evolved into a hybrid sales-manager role, or player-coach if you will. I developed and leveraged high-level relationships with middle, high school, and state-level administrators to generate and qualify leads to pass to consultants to convert into B2S sales. Same as my previous role, I partnered with inspired educators to establish and sustain international travel programs that were equitable and accessible to all students.
