Our inquisitive nature is truly amazing. Each day our knowledge and understanding of our world from the sub-atomic to the Universe grows with advances in science. The world around us and how we communicate can be transformed in an instant by the latest innovations in technology.For most of my life I have been involved and around scientist, engineers and creative technology thinkers. I grew up dismantling anything I could lay my hands on, using the parts to re-imagine new gizmos. Eventually more creative ideals necessitated more complex tools and instruments, without them, well I was stuck. From screwdriver to soldering iron, to oscilloscope, to microscopes, to lasers.... for me this is exactly how it went moving through school, then engineering, then research physics, then postdoctoral research. Today as a sales manager at NewSpec I work with researchers, engineers, and high technology companies in Australia and New Zealand, helping them achieve their amazing goals, by providing the most suitable, supported solutions to meet their needs.
