As a main lead for Staffmark at the UPSMI facility it was my responsibility for scheduling and letting my on site manager know how the day to day operations were going and or what issues we were facing. I was in charge of making sure the schedule was made for each day and also to report what personnel did not show up for work. I was to make sure on a daily basis along with my back up lead that the associates knew the job inside and out. Making sure to answer any questions or to find out the answer to be able to make their job easy. Daily reports on associates who were having issues meeting the requirement or associates working great and making numbers. Attending daily meeting with the other leads and with our managers.

As an armed security guard working in Renton and Seattle at the Boeing sites it was my duty to make sure any personnel coming onto Boeing property has the correct identification. Making sure the badges are correct with the right picture and correct information. Writing reports if needed, making changes to the schedule and letting other officers know of any scheduling changes that might affect them. Keeping an up today schedule of building checks. Making sure all vehicles have the right passes and delivery trucks are permitted and making badges for them. I also make sure to alert dispatch for fire or police if needed. As a combat engineer i was deployed twice overseas to Iraq for a year at a time. I was the lead driver both times. Part of our missions was to check all roadways for IED's. Patrolling, foot and vehicles. guard towers, check points, personnel checks and personnel detainment. Performed security at Abu Graib. Working long and unusual hours is a regular schedule. Very accustom to being able to accomplish different task at the same time and being able to change direction in order to complete the task at hand.
