Capped program with a 72% gross margin on a $26 million program ( $19 mil. w/ $7 mil of additions) automating the entire NYC Transit Authority's power, signaling, and ventilation systems. Became marketing manger for the 3 Dowty RFL divisions, served 18 months as temporary engineering manager, reevaluated all engineering projects and programs to determine justification and relevance, and converted the corporate culture from years of engineering dominance to that of a marketing directed organization. The success of this program led to RFL’s purchase by Dowty PLC of the UK. I was designated to lead the technology transfer.
