Led Defense Department's only Public Affairs training school, which included 400 military and government civilian staff and faculty as well as an annual throughput of 2,600 students. Directed operations and management for personnel and workforce development, facilities modernization, evaluation of workflow, stewardship of resources, and budget execution. Coordinated with key stakeholders for project performance and training. Advised C-Suite leaders to ensure proper risk management and informed decision-making.

Senior advisor to the city manager of a military installation of over 2,200 residents, providing oversight for daily operations, strategic planning, and crisis management for 350 employees in the areas of Public Works, Public Information, Business Management, Human Resources, Security, and overall integration of Base Operations. Facilitated coordination and integration of key stakeholders to include the Army War College, Dunham Army Health Clinic and communities of Carlisle Borough and Cumberland and Dauphin counties.

Communications director for the 15th Sergeant Major of the U.S. Army, a senior executive policy adviser within the Department of the Army who's responsibilities include advising the chief of the staff of the Army, the Secretary of the Army, and Congress on all Soldier matters; the position provides guidance and direction to all Army organizations on talent management, education and training, leader development, human resource management, and quality of life, effecting over 2 million Soldiers and families.In this role, I developed talking points and messaging strategy for media engagements, community outreach events, private meetings with other senior officials and for social media. I also liaised with the staffers of members of Congress, wrote speeches, drafted content for publication, and written congressional testimony for the record on behalf of the Office of the Sergeant Major of the Army.

I led workforce planning and personnel management that included training, job placement, review of evaluations and awards, enforced legal policies, and managed leader development. I also implemented programs and policies that promoted a climate of accountability and teamwork that enhanced the motivation and quality of life for 340 employees. I was also posted in Baghdad, Iraq, from June 2015 to February 2016 in this position. I managed logistics and sustainment operations for a camp of over 900 personnel.
