As Operations Director at Swan Food Pantry, I oversee the day-to-day operations of the pantry, ensuring a smooth and efficient flow of services for our community. My responsibilities encompass a wide range of tasks, including:Volunteer Management: I recruit, train, and manage a dedicated team of volunteers, overseeing their schedules and assignments.Guest Services: I interact with guests who visit the pantry, offering a welcoming and supportive environment. Currently the Director of IT-Media Broadcasting Technology. Weekly my duties have me working all technology request. IE: All technical equipment, comminutions for security via camera on network, to radio communications. Recently, the church has grown and we now have a K-12 Private Christian school. With over 100 students, this required that all students have laptops for studies and other display devices that can be used for teachers and staff.TCMI has made a big move to improve the church, then my position grew 100 fold. Pastor decided to bring the church up to date with faster internet and a wireless system for the school laptops and devices that I recommended. The project started two years ago asking Cox for fiber line to be run to the church. Here we are now with the fiber installed and soon to be active and functional. Building a 10 Gig fiber backbone Interconnected with multiple managed POE switches including VLAN separation for all the departments for security.The church has many departments, TCMI ACADEMY / TCMI CHURCH / TCMI PANTRY / MEDIA BROADCASTING and various other ministries that utilize the network. The main purpose was to get a faster connection to allow better performance and network balancing of all VLAN's. The Media department position that I became Director in 2020, it grew into a overall role as Director of IT and Media Broadcasting. I produce the production on Sundays for our live broadcasts. This includes graphics design, Post video, graphics, and audio editing, Technology has taken a boom in all departments this year, 2023. The church is remodeling all areas of the building inside and out. This includes the technology, new 170 inch video display wall, video banners, new POE 4K video security and much more with over 100 cameras.

After almost three years at Vivint, I have decided to take a spiritual sabbatical through 2022. Vivint was with the upmost support with kind words from supervisors and upper management. Vivint has extended an invitation to return back after my journey sometime in 2022, which I look forward to working with such a great company and people to back it once again in the future.

Finished up another great project with Caesars Entertainment, I worked tickets for break fix issues on the side, while brought on for their Great Gift Wrap Up GGWU. Teamed up with other departments to build out convention space that required internet access via a wired network. Running cable, terminating, testing, and various basic network setups with Juniper switches. Setup over 200 plus computer work statiins, SCANTEK scanners to barcode readers. Prepped scanners via manual firmware upgrades to precise specifications via card types. Walk over 5 miles daily to get to ticket locations. See some of my work on my video posts.

Collected data with scanning equipment with in the secure data center. Scanned each live hardware within the rack. This included the cool and hot side of the rack. Tracked electrical wiring to designated component from the PDU. Collected each termination tracking numbers and manually entered in to the scanner when data is missing about the racked equipment. 100% accuracy is a must as data will be used for software databases. Assisted co-workers with less experience and education with components and identification of hardware identification via the project manager. Decom of old servers. Reset Hilo and deleted old array drives and rebuilt new array drive for future use.

My duties as a break / fix tech is an on-call status when a customer calls in to get help with their computer, wireless, or file retrieval due to technical issues. This is a part time position that I have been supplying my expertise for over a year, working with clients in their homes and businesses at their convenience. My duties are to read trouble ticket, arrive at the client’s location at the designated time, contact client and go over the issues that their hardware or software is having. Troubleshoot the issues, present the problem to the client and go over the ways to fix the issue. After resolving issues, I write troubleshoot notes in trouble ticket system and bill out job to client, receive moneys, credit card information and pay trouble ticket at location.

I was a solutions architecting, designing, and SharePoint applications project manager for Rudraja Consulting as a part-time contractor. Design web applications for fortune 500 companies. I lead the development team out of India via remote sessions. With my exceptional planning strategies and concepts; I gather requirements, defining project scope as I manage time, material and human resources while overseeing creative technical development. I report to the company head to assure project quality, implementing and client training.

I volunteered my time at this non-profit as their Corporate IT Administrator. I consult with the IT needs, office equipment purchases, and infrastructure between multiple locations through out Washington. I utilize my education to extend my skills to Sunrise at no charge. The president of the non-profit has given me the ability to gain hands on experience with IT networking and consulting since I never had the opportunity in a paid position. Since I have been with Sunrise, I built their network, wired the building, setup the WLAN, LAN, group policies, active directory, and a VOIP phone system at multiple locations. I believe that volunteering to get my experience was my best way to utilize my education at this time with Sunrise, which has been a benefit for both parties.

My position inquires analyzing software, hardware and network systems for various transmission problems. Maintain client funds transfer software and company owned computers and external hardware. Lead level one support staff while supervisors are out of the office. I continuously work with outside vendors while implementing new hardware changes. Track and support level one problem tickets when previous tech agent’s troubleshooting was not able to resolve. Responding to all client, and account managers requests for technical support by phone, email and the inter-corporation chat service. Test and troubleshot new versions of proprietary financial software while diagnosing network problems involving a combination of hardware, software, power and communications issues.

Typical daily operations of all three offices, I would plan, coordinate, oversee various business functions which are performed by staff of 25 plus, including department heads. Daily duties would include accounting, customer service, interviews, ordering, heading manager meetings, budgeting, general corporate reporting, quarterly taxes, year-end corporate taxes, complaint resolution, and legal preparation.
