Recently left TCMI Church and Pantry, as I relocated to Texas with family. I gained valuable skills and knowledge in operations to team building and recruitment of volunteers and more.The position was volunteer, as I had taken a leave for a sabbatical from Vivint Smart Home. Over the leave, I was called upon to serve which lead me to the previous position at TCMI Church. My skills are wide in areas of technical to business management. The most valuable thing that I was able to gain from previous employments, being able to a team player while being a leader in my life events. Currently the Director of IT-Media Broadcasting Technology. Weekly my duties have me working all technology request. IE: All technical equipment, comminutions for security via camera on network, to radio communications. Recently, the church has grown and we now have a K-12 Private Christian school. With over 100 students, this required that all students have laptops for studies and other display devices that can be used for teachers and staff.TCMI has made a big move to improve the church, then my position grew 100 fold. Pastor decided to bring the church up to date with faster internet and a wireless system for the school laptops and devices that I recommended. The project started two years ago asking Cox for fiber line to be run to the church. Here we are now with the fiber installed and soon to be active and functional. Building a 10 Gig fiber backbone Interconnected with multiple managed POE switches including VLAN separation for all the departments for security.The church has many departments, TCMI ACADEMY / TCMI CHURCH / TCMI PANTRY / MEDIA BROADCASTING and various other ministries that utilize the network. The main purpose was to get a faster connection to allow better performance and network balancing of all VLAN's. The Media department position that I became Director in 2020, it grew into a overall role as Director of IT and Media Broadcasting. I produce the production on Sundays for our live broadcasts. This includes graphics design, Post video, graphics, and audio editing, Technology has taken a boom in all departments this year, 2023. The church is remodeling all areas of the building inside and out. This includes the technology, new 170 inch video display wall, video banners, new POE 4K video security and much more with over 100 cameras.
