• Flawlessly directed all aspects of intermediate maintenance efforts of 127 military personnel in support of Carrier Air Groups on training detachments consisting of 6 different type model fighter and support aircraft. • Led a comprehensive overhaul of the Avionics Test Bench management program increasing personnel qualifications by 53% and test set availability by 98%• Managed an aggressively unit wide drive to increase repair capability by 62%. Directed installation of new equipment and training for personnel which ultimately saved over $140,000 in outsource repair costs.

Managed a Field Calibration Activity in support of area based Military and civilian operations. In addition filled a position as a Career Counselor helping Sailors transition to new commands an guide their future's with forward progression in mind.
