Managed the design, modernization, and construction management of more than $90 million of construction for 64 different projects on three different high school campuses for the Centinela Valley School District, in Lawndale, CA.• Led a team of 24 architects, designers, CAD operators, and engineers on 6 different project design teams.• Responsible for all the contracts, man-loading, scheduling, budgeting, and cost tracking on all of these projects.• Developed a Productivity Index reporting system to evaluate internally if projects are going to be profitable or not, which was later rolled out to the entire company.

This design company used to be one of the premiere Theme Park and Resort design companies in the world. I worked as the Project Manager on the Yangtze Adventure Kingdom Theme Park in Wuhan, China. I was the principal person in charge of the budget, schedule, and part of the design development for this full-scale $200 million project. My role required me to travel to various cities in China and also Atlanta, GA as one of the chief liaisons to the Chinese Clients.• Diplomatically addressed the cultural and business differences between our design firm and the Chinese clients.• Coordinated all the aspects of transporting our presentation materials, architectural models, etc. to central China.
