Originally hire by Wise Business Forms, a manufacturer of business forms and security check stock, as a contract consultant, I was brought on full time after six month as a financial analyst. As such, I was responsible for all financial analytics as well as banking activity including daily cash management and treasury services. I was promoted to Director of Finance and Human Resources after two years increasing the depth and scope of my responsibilities. I continiued to consult to Wise till June 2010. Production reporting – Responsible for creating, implementing, monitoring and reporting of key performance indicators, annual budgeting and forecasting and daily monitoring of working capital including preparation of various aging reports.Acquisitions – Part of an acquisitions team responsible for profitably doubling the company’s revenue to $75MM over three years, completing 5 transactions. Banking – Responsible for managing the company’s banking relationship. My duties included the preparation of monthly and quarterly bank packages which included financial covenant calculations and explanations. I also monitored daily cash needs as well as all other treasury services.Insurance – Managed all insurance relationships. Lines included medical, property, life, disability and business interruption. Human Resources – Oversight responsibility to Human Resources, negotiating and managing all employee benefit plans including medical. During my tenure I implemented and roll out of one of the first ever Consumer Driven Healthcare products, saving the company over 15% in healthcare costs from the previous year without sacrificing employee morale.
