A unique blend of corporate finance, human resource management and facility operations describes my ten year tenure as a Director of Finance and Human Resources. Originally hired by Wise Business Forms in 1999 as an analyst, my responsibilities quickly grew from financial and operational analytics to include cash and credit line management, contract and lease review and negotiation as well as banking and insurance relationship management. In 2001, I was named Director of Finance and Human Resources and assumed responsibility for all corporate finance and human resource activity. In 2002 my responsibilities expanded as I became part of an acquisition team completing 5 transactions, doubling Wise’s revenue base to $75MM in just four years. While officially leaving Wise in 2008 for a Director of Finance and HR position at OneSource Computer Service, I continued working for Wise on a contract basis for an additional two years.The scope of my responsibility has grown at OneSource to include all accounting, corporate finance and reporting, human resource and facility operations management.
