About Michael Dorsch

My research work and interests have revolved around two central themes: energy justice and equity and innovation in higher education pedagogy and policy. As a geographer, much of my work has focused on energy politics and policy, energy geographies, international pollution issues, climate change mitigation and adaptation policy, environmental governance, pollution and public health, environmental justice, and human and political ecology. As an educator, I've used my social science and geography background to focus on research related to equity, diversity, access, and achievement in our public higher education institutions.
