Lead Clarks Americas (North, Central, South) by driving the elevation and reach of the global brand through operations, planning, strategy and digital activation. This includes leadership of the commercial planning (owned and trade partner), customer service, order fulfillment, B2B tools, brand integrity, digital shelf, compliance, segmentation and insights teams that run the region ('19 >$400M Net Turnover). Full P&L for Clarks indirect digital / e-commerce channel (c. $90M Net T/O) – Amazon and Zappos, and Clarks Latin America ($10M Net T/O), which ranged from Mexico down to the tip of Chile and islands in the Caribbean.

Joined Clarks Europe, living in the UK, on a 2-year secondment to stabilize a stressed European wholesale business - the company's worst performing market. Full P&L accountability (£138M Net Turnover) for Mainland EU region across 33 territories, 2,000 distribution partners, and nearly 100 employees. Led teams located in England, Ireland, Germany, Belgium, Poland, Netherlands, and agent and distributor relationships in Spain, France, Russia, Nordics and Italy. Finished 2 year secondment in H2 2019, transitioned the business to new leadership and repatriated back to America.• 2018, first year: Delivered best profit performance of all channels in Europe - even owned digital. • Through September 2019 (year two, final year) – delivered profit +4% vs LY @ Constant Exchange Rate. Mainland EU was the best-performing region globally during this period.• Spring/Summer 19 (final season): delivered first seasonal in-stock growth YOY since 2015. • Spring/Summer advance bookings (final season): achieved >100% to GM£ target, the 1st time in years.

Capitalizing on footwear background and blend of sales, marketing, operations and planning experience, was responsible for demand planning, data analytics, order fulfillment, sales tools, B2B e-commerce, compliance and overall commercial-side operations for Clarks’ North America wholesale business ($450M Net T/O). Led a team of 70+ during a time of transformation at the organization. The team continued to improve in later years, attestation to the foundation built during these years.• 2017 delivered best inventory turn (4+), lowest return rate (6.8%), and lowest season-end surplus (-42%) in 5+ years. Has since improved – a testament to the team built.• Alongside broader sourcing / supply chain / logistics organization drove North America On-Time deliveries (OTIF) from 30% (Sept 15) to sustained 87%+ monthly.• Implemented and enforced policies affecting various commercial activities. MAPP violations reduction -97%. Returns -163,000 pair (-14%) in Year 1.
