Responsibilities include design and development of a dynamic rule processing subsystem that defines phenotype and sub-phenotype characteristics of autism research subjects, performance tuning, automating quality assurance and quality control procedures.

Managed software development team using an Agile/Scrum methodology. Over 50 iterations, coordinated multiple scrum teams during 2 week iterations, facilitated software promotion process, defined software development processes, part of successful CMMI ML2 and ML3 certifications; as Customer Relationship Manager for the US Department of State, identified and managed system and interface requirements.

As a project team leader, responsibilities included developing project plans and resources allocation, managing development teams, coordinating design sessions with the end users, prototype development, data modeling, design and development of systems, testing, and user support.Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), Administration & Tracking Project 1993-1994 – Developed and maintained a relational personnel tracking application for FDIC, Division of Liquidation in Washington DC. Responsibilities included an Oracle CASE 5.0 re-engineering effort, gathered client requirements, implemented client enhancements, monitored production system, and implemented corrections to reported system problems.
