Africa) and managed annual development budgets of ~$250M for regulatory, testing, and manufacturing trials.At BioLab I led the group managing a 35-project global portfolio, the Stage-Gate process and all ‘enterprise’ project schedules: these projects required identifying corporate (D-level and above) resources, assigning tasks, and following-up with corporate team members to insure they finished tasks.
