The team in Gdansk is a huge success and across all processes within Finance we have observed positive jumps in process deliverables’ strength, quality customer focus.> Heading up the global Finance Manager team (10+ pax) and their teams (50+)> Constructively leading, representing and supporting the frontline finance functions and their period-end reporting with e.g. tools, data and consolidation towards all levels of HQ management and cross functional.> Co-heading hiring, onboarding and building up a 60-person Global Business Support team for global finance in Gdansk, followed by transitioning of tasks and responsibilities
