Primary responsibilities involve the oversight and completion of those projects relating to nexus, exemption certificates, drop shipping, exposure reviews, eCommerce, registrations and business licensing as well as loss mitigation programs such as amnesties and voluntary disclosure agreements. Secondary responsibilities include all additional services offered by the firm. Concentrates on the US and Canadian markets.Additional responsibilities include the identification, development and management of new business channels, products, services and partnering opportunities. Leads the CPA outreach and training initiative. Works closely with sales and marketing to promote the company, provide internal training and marketing materials as well as streamlining the sales process. Acts as primary point of contact or Manager for certain projects and /or clients. Peisner Johnson & Company is the largest CPA firm in the country that limits its practice solely to state and local tax consulting.
