Used subject matter expertise to convert Broadridge’s Revport client billing system used by Morgan Stanley/Eaton Vance onto the latest version while also consolidating into a single version shared by both. Pioneer the launch of the Revenue & Expense Managed Services offering for both buy and sell side clients utilizing Broadridge's proprietary Revport system.▪ On the buy side Revport is an automated, flexible, rules-based technology application that tracks and calculates fees across a variety of complex workflows and improves revenue reporting while on the sell side is used to reconcile invoices across capital market products to ensure accurate accrual, payment and reporting of brokerage and agent bank fees.▪ Established all operations to support Revenue & Expense Managed Services, building a team of thirty, overseeing staffing in the United States and India, and managing pre-sales, sales, and client relationships.▪ Guided Asset Management firms in utilization of Revport’s automated fee and billing processes to achieve more efficient accounting functions, faster and more accurate billing and better reporting.▪ Led workflow and product development strategy for new and existing clients.▪ Built and maintained the customer base for Revenue & Expense Managed Services, encompassing eight clients in nine countries and over five hundred rate agreements generating an average savings of $30K per month per client.
