My skills allow my clients to focus on moving their family, or sourcing their contractors in the case of investors, while I focus on the stressful negotiations of their purchase or sale.With skills learned and bettered on trading desks of the 80s, 90s, and 2000s, I moved from bond trading to real estate sales in 2014. I sold residential and commercial real estate in New York covering both retail and investors.My most recent focus, in Colorado, has been on securing financing for fix and flip investors while analyzing the profit potential of all manner of investment deals.I have a strong basis in Residential and commercial real estate, analyzing the financial aspects of real estate trading, holding, and STR. I hold a superior knowledge of negotiation in the markets and will use these skills to get our clients the best deal possible.I look forward to working with you and helping you reach your real estate goals.
