Project occurred during 20 months of very uncertain costs escalations despite 105 contract change orders. Project delivered on time and $9K under budget.• As a volunteer, led a successful three year, $4.5M renovation which included a roof top sculpture garden, roof and window replacement and interior work. General Contractor • Construction Manager/General Contractor on a new Pharmaceutical/Office facility in the Smart Park at the University of Manitoba. The 75,000 square foot facility houses a packaging facility, warehouse, research labs that met U.S. FDA requirements and “Class A” executive offices. • Spearheaded and led planning and implementation of over 100 renovation projects and equipment/staff relocations. Ensured effective use of limited space and storage with minimal disruption, resulting in prevention of total closure of services and loss of revenue.• Managed and implemented building security, access systems and emergency systems for private and public facility access.
