My career is defined by a proven ability to drive business growth, enhance operational efficiency, and foster a data-driven culture in complex environments.Before joining MVP Health Care, I was the Chief Data and Analytics Officer at Albany Medical Health System, where I led the enterprise-wide data strategy, governance, and literacy programs. My initiatives significantly advanced health IT capabilities, quality outcomes improvements, population health analytics, and performance management.My journey in data and analytics began in the public sector IT services and consulting space, where I became a highly sought-after leader. I have supported critical data initiatives for major public healthcare agencies, including the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), and Veteran’s Health Administration (VHA). Most recently, I served as Chief Health Data Scientist at Northrop Grumman’s Health IT division.I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry for the Health Sciences from Belmont University and a Master’s degree in Quantitative Psychology from Middle Tennessee State University. I have actively participated in several national professional organizations, including the Health Catalyst Technology Customer Advisory Board, Health Information and Management Systems Society (HiMSS), Predictive Modeling Summit, Health IT Summit (Healthcare Informatics), and College of Healthcare Information Management Executives (CHIME), where I earned the Certified Healthcare CIO designation.
