Mr. Kokes is a third-generation developer having grown up immersed in the building industry. He is the founder and President of Kokes Properties and is tasked with overseeing the strategic planning as well as daily operations of the company. Prior to his forming of Kokes Properties, Mr. Kokes was a Vice President with his family’s business, The Kokes Organization, where he oversaw the management of numerous construction projects, as well as the ultimate divestiture of the family assets. Mr. Kokes continues to leverages his deep industry contacts to source off market deals, as well as draw from his previous experiences to entitle, construct, and manage the various Kokes Property assets.
