Hi My name is Michael J Lap. I have been working in the Customer service field since I was 17 years old. After realizing a lot of major changes and decisions, I have come to settle in the study of Hospitality Tourism Management. Being highly interested in the Tourism Industry and a lot of people traveling to big tourist destination places, this area of study is always changing around us. Hotels, travel leisures, public sectors, hospitals, universities and restaurants are big places that could use this area of study. My career aspires is to work in the fields of becoming a CEO of a big tourist attraction area, like Disney-World or a resort, Head manager at a big named hotel, or becoming a sales and marketing manager. Managing and solving custumers complaints and problems is something I like to work with, as it becomes an everyday thing. I can perform tasks given within the amount of time, good at balancing priorities and tasks, and a fast learner. My aspires aside from my current major is social media as this plays a big part in our generation, we can overcome using the media to broadcast far more things to the world. Back in high school, I got an award for being a future "Tech" Tycoon with success with Twitter and unique business sense.
