I am a business and transactional attorney, with many years of experience in negotiating and drafting contracts, licenses, leases, NDAs, and all manner of agreements and forms needed for companies to get business done. This experience includes thousands of successful transactions to sell, procure, license, and service all manner of products and services, particularly in the technology arena. I also pride myself on providing timely and accurate legal advice to management, including risk assessment and minimization, to permit informed decisions and keep the business moving forward. My current career objective is to return to in-house corporate practice. I am seeking a new in-house counsel position in the Orange County, CA area.
