Mike is a founding team member and currently a Managing Director at Stanley Ventures, the $100M venture fund of Stanley Black & Decker. He executes strategic investments on behalf of the Tools Business Unit which includes categories such as Power Tools, Hand Tools, and Construction Tech (DEWALT, Craftsman, Stanley) as well as Home Products & Cleaning (Black+Decker). Mike sits on several Boards of Directors in both Director and Observer roles across the roughly 20 deals executed in his tenure at Stanley Ventures.

Arcadia Healthcare Solutions is a growing healthcare IT consulting company, delivering solutions across the payer and provider spaces. The company grew from 50 employees to over 200 in the 6 years from 2007 - 2013, while revenues grew from under $10M to over $20M. Selected Accomplishments:- Account Manager at Arcadia's largest client at the time, overseeing 6 concurrent project teams- Program Manager for multiple data & system migration initiatives.
