Senior Customer Success Manager
Current• Focus on driving product adoption, enablement and insights, including Box AI and Box Hubs• Manage portfolio of high-value financial services clients, including relationships with C-level executives• Develop and execute customer success strategies to drive product adoption, retention, and customer satisfaction for enterprise-level clients and senior executives.• Serve as the primary point of contact for key customer accounts, building strong relationships and providing exceptional customer service throughout the customer lifecycle.• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and support teams to ensure successful onboarding, implementation, and ongoing support for customers.• Conduct regular business reviews with customers to assess needs, identify improvement areas, and align solutions with their business objectives.• Provide strategic guidance and best practices to customers, advising on optimizing usage and maximizing platform value.• Monitor customer health metrics, proactively identify and mitigate potential issues or risks to maintain customer satisfaction.• Act as a customer advocate, effectively communicating feedback, feature requests, and enhancement opportunities to product and engineering teams.• Drive revenue growth by identifying upsell and expansion opportunities within existing customer accounts, collaborating with sales teams.
