My goal is to create an environment which fosters a personal understanding of each client’s situation, and empowers you with a better understanding of your body’s unique build, with a focus on successful rehabilitation, and overall improved well-being. Beyond my clinical work, I am equally passionate about my role as a Basketball Coach. My experiences coaching at both the National level with Team GB, and at a Regional level in London, have deepened my understanding of the connection between physical health and sports performance. It's a perspective that I carry into my physiotherapy practice, and I believe in the power of sports and movement to inspire positive change.I also offer 1:1 Elite Basketball Coaching, tailoring my guidance to help athletes achieve their performance goals.
