I oversaw business operations for 200 customers in HP Canada’s Managed Print Services (MPS) division, with annual procurement valued at over $50 million.In this role, I collaborated daily with subcontractors and HP teams across North and Central America to manage channel inventory and logistics. I also tracked MPS performance on a monthly basis, including analyses of account revenue, margins, and speed of fulfilment. I used these analyses to guide MPS process improvement initiatives and improve account performance.My personal favourite benefit of the MPS service model is its environmental impact, with MPS customers printing fewer pages, using less energy, and taking advantage of HP’s industry leading recycling and hardware recovery programs.

Based on strong performance in consular management, I was given the opportunity to plan my own development project under the Canadian Trade Commissioner Service with $25,000 in development funding. With this funding, I established the Mozambique Young Women in Leadership program (MYWIL).MYWIL helped 12 young businesswomen to develop their network and leadership capabilities. Its creation involved extensive negotiation with partnered NGOs and leadership coaches, and the success of this project lead to a renewal of funding by the Canadian government. MYWIL remains my proudest accomplishment to date.
