Redevelopment of historic Bronx Post Office – 175,000 square foot property with 80k sf of office and 75k square feet of retail including a rooftop restaurant. Site included historic tax credits and landmark issues. Project Costs: $80M. Financed with joint venture equity partner Bristol Group.• Redevelopment of historic Pier 57 – 600,000SF Pier occupied by Google and a public market. Site included historical tax credits and community board approvals. Senior loan from PNC Bank and joint venture financing with RXR and Baupost with historic tax credits.• 1611 Ellsworth – Redevelopment of former Macy’s warehouse into a mixed use commercia/retail/entertainment hub

General counsel of development firm led by Ian Bruce Eichner focusing on ground-up construction of for sale condominiums, rental buildings, hospitality and mixed use properties. Primary responsibilities include: leading negotiation on acquisition and dispositions (fee purchases, air and inclusionary rights) and financings (land and construction loans, EB-5, HFA financing, JVs). Responsible for all aspects of the development process including: feasibility analysis of potential developments (market analysis, review of land loan and total development cost budgets, legal due diligence review), negotiation of construction documents (CMA, GMP, access agreements), engagement and negotiation of consultant agreements (architects, civil, mechanical, structural engineers and marketing), insurance procurement (review of CCIP, builder’s risk analysis), zoning analysis, environmental review (Brownfield Credits), the condominium offering plan and unit contracts, tax issues (421-a, ICAP benefits and 1031 exchanges), affordable housing, LIHTC's, interacting with governmental agencies (BSA, HPD, NYSDEC, DOB), litigation management, restructurings, retail leases and tenant buyouts •45 East 22nd Street – An approximately 232,000 square foot luxury residential development in the Flatiron district approximately 775’ in height with 83 units. The acquisition consisted of acquiring two adjoining fee parcels, air rights from 6 different parcels and offsite inclusionary certificates•1800 Park Avenue – A two-phased 80/20 rental development in Harlem consisting of approximately 450,000 square feet of residential and 85,000 square feet of retail.•Continuum on South Beach – Responsible for lease negotiations with 9 different tenants. Managed litigation including a construction defect litigation and general contractor dispute.•Assisted Living – Negotiated 3 zoning contingent agreements and managed zoning process for the development of assisted living properties in CT and Westchester
