Over my working career I have proven that I can develop not only successful businesses but probably just as importantly a strong management team. I firmly believe that developing the team that you work with is vital to the success of any business and through a process of support and mentoring, bringing a team on to assume responsibility for their role in the company is absolutely vital. In using this approach to management I have helped develop businesses both internally and externally. I have extensive experience not only running the operational and managerial aspects of a business but also working overseas, developing significant supply chains and implementing the processes required to manage these remotely on a day to day basis. Being able to look at the bigger picture from a number of different aspects gives me the ability to evaluate current systems and processes and look to see where appropriate changes and improvements can be made.
