Working as the Technology Solutions Lead for Morson Group, my role consists of working across The Bridge IT and Vencuro.The Bridge IT:The Bridge IT are a Leeds based, specialist tech recruitment firm, that have been providing quality candidates to clients up and down the country for 20 years. We cover a wide range of specialisms in the tech space, from Software Engineering to IT Architecture and Cyber Security, and have a team of experienced recruitment consultants who are experts in their field. My role at The Bridge is to head up new business opportunities and develop existing customer relationships.Vencuro:Vencuro is Morson's own proprietary, in-house technology platform, that supports over 100 clients nationwide with their day to day recruitment needs. Vencuro covers all elements of the recruitment lifecycle, from requisition creation to onboarding and MI data, and can be customised to suit a clients' exact requirements. My position at Vencuro includes carrying out software demonstrations, putting together client proposals, and overseeing the current client base.
