This included an internal application to control the enabling and disabling of satellite feeds to content distribution partners depending on the financial status of their accounts. This also included viacomaffiliate.com, which allows content distribution partners to shop for promo short form VOD (Video on Demand) pieces that showcase Viacom's upcoming content.• Managed the SDLC for an Image Management system for all of Viacom’s Distributed Artwork to their digital partners. This included writing business and technical requirements, project planning, and tracking of the development and testing of the system.• Led a team of 5 members to investigate a data discrepancy issue with a Sponsorship Portal application that had existed in the system for months. With my guidance, the team was able to identify the root cause of the problem and have the data corrected immediately. • Streamlined process by manipulating HP Quality Center to act as an Agile Board for Development, QA teams, and clients to share knowledge and more easily understand what work was assigned to them, and in what priority. -

Nov 2014 - Sep 2015Stamford, CtWorked on a contract as a Technical Project Manager, delivering on numerous projects to support NBC Sports Group’s Digital properties and became a Subject Matter Expert for Video.• Managed improvement projects to the Short Form VOD Workflow for all of NBC Sports Group’s Digital Properties including NBCSports.com, NBCOlympics.com, NBCDeportes.com, AlliSports.com, GolfChannel.com, and 6 Comcast SportsNet Affiliates across the country.• Worked on the launch of the redesigned NBCSports.com site, which went live over Labor Day Weekend of 2015, providing Subject Matter Expertise and management of third party vendors to insure the video experience of the new site was best in class.• Also delivered a project to integrate Freewheel Ad Manager with CSNBayArea.com, and laid the groundwork for all the Comcast SportsNet sites to integrate as well.• Worked with thePlatform, out of Seattle, WA to implement new versions of a customized video player for all of NBC Sports Groups Digital Properties Short Form VOD needs.• Oversaw a project to create an embeddable live video player with various geoblocking and authentication requirements for online partners of AlliSports.com to live stream Pro Motocross and Dew Tour events.• With very little turnaround time, delivered a project to allow video assets from SnappyTV to be properly re-transcoded and labelled, so they could be used on AppleTV’s service in time for NBC’s launch of NASCAR on 4th of July Weekend of 2015.• As Project Manager, laid the groundwork for our vendor, Deltatre in Turin, Italy, to provide real time results for the Rio 2016 Olympics, as they were presented on NBCOlympics.com. -
