- Provides support to the Risk Management Department, which protects assets and interests, ensuring compliance with state and federal agencies.- Maintaining and updating records for over 900 dental facilities, spanning 17 states. - Corresponding with an average of 40 email threads per any given day. - Responsible for applying for all required permits for new location openings as well as managing multiple ongoing projects. - Performs advanced administrative functions including: word processing, Excel, business license applications, financial reporting, X Ray registrations, and inspection coordinating. - Maintaining accurate ever-changing files to ensure up-to-date information is accessible.

- Tending to the needs of various departments within the company.- Performing clerical work, possessing a familiarity with departmental functions/policies, and maintaining Leave of Absences records for employees. - Maintaining personnel data in the HR information system, record retention/destruction, updating DMV information for safety reporting, updating electronic attendance recording keeping software, auditing new hire paperwork/termination files, creating new employee badges, and creating safety-orientation-packets,as-needed.

- Responsible for ensuring adherence to FDA quality control processes and standards within operations in the medical device manufacturing industry. - Inspecting manufactured products to ensure compliance with blueprint specifications. - Scheduling spot checks mid operation as well as providing project time estimates to the director. - Maintaining an electronic log of defective product rate as well as information analysis. - Printing product labels and conducting inventory audits. - Assisting the Quality Assurance Manager as needed.
