Oversaw the firm’s creative team in the development of online strategies for small and medium sized business clients. Assured that client's creative goals were met through careful examination of business plans, through conceptualization of new ideas, and through active management of staff. Planned and executed the design, documentation and delivery of a 4,300 square meter office building in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia from project inception through design development. Created work and budget plans, established project objectives, directed staff and maintained client and consultant relationships. Personally responsible for maintaining project profitability through all phases. Performed an integral role in the schematic design of a 180,000 square meter mixed-use project in Chengdu, China and a 90,000 square meter retail center in Hiroshima, Japan. Responsibilities included architectural and environmental graphics design as well as project presentation.

Managed the design and production of a 6,000 acre golf resort in Chelan, WA while conducting multiple phases of a 55,000 square foot training center for South Seattle Community College. Responsibilities included design, documentation, project scheduling, client billing and budget review, consultant coordination, construction administration and advancement of client relationships. Directed the work of 7 professional staff, identifying objectives, establishing key work priorities, providing performance feedback and resolving conflict as required. Personally accountable for the scope and quality of work completed, for client service and for the profitability of our team.

Performed key roles on multiple commercial and mixed-use projects ranging from 1,000 to 150,000 square feet in size, including the improvement of existing space as well as the construction of new buildings. Communicated regularly with architectural staff, clients, municipalities, senior management and consultants to coordinate design drawings, construction documents, specifications, and construction administration services, assuring that our work met clients' expectations and was completed on schedule and under budget.

Worked under the supervision of a project architect in the design and production of a London office development. Responsibilities included computer system management, working drawing production and fundamental architectural design.
