About Mike Sheridan

As the oldest of 5 siblings,telling other people what to do came easily. However, it was only later that I understood that leading high performing teams requires people skills and techniques that are not about telling people what to do but providing a vision, path forward and inspiration to achieve goals..Over the past 25 years leading SaaS go-to-market teams I've applied a strategic, customer-centric approach to deliver sustainable quarter-on-quarter growth. I have learned that taking a “field general” style works best for my customers and team. Now, it is clear to me that data derived insights and a collaborative style are critical to successfully working with customers, sales and marketing, channel partners, and other functions in the company to remove sales barriers, implement change, and grow teams while growing revenue.
