Promoted to a dual role: Key member of the Technical Services and Dell Global Account teams. Led creation and deployment of 4 high-volume facilities for Jabil in Asia, Europe, and North America. Managed over 150 employees. Directed and supported notebook, LCD, monitor and TV repair operations for 450+ active products, 15 new products per quarter. Introduced 8 consumer electronics production lines for OEMs.

Executed a major engineering restructuring to meet increased customer demand following Jabil's acquisition of Incline-GTS. Led product testing team. Streamlined NPI and Sustaining processes in collaboration with Quality to address increasing new product and repair volumes. Created hardware and software solutions for testing new technologies and market opportunities.

Integrated technical operations following DPT’s acquisition of Incline Corporation. Invented the LCD Universal Test System (UTS) – hardware and software – and achieved design goals: ease of use, integration, and lower operational costs. Led product testing team. Drove root cause analyses of product defects. Overhauled testing regimes and equipment to improve processes and cut costs. Supported new sites in Europe and Asia.

Relocated from Scotland to USA and coordinated technical operations during DPT’s expansion into Asia and Europe. Drove yield increase and cost reduction through process characterization devised to identify key operation windows.

Starting from scratch as DPT’s first employee, invented the company’s highly lucrative production process and systems for high volume repair of LCD assemblies. Developed innovative solutions, stabilized technical operations during this period of rapid growth,and orchestrated all technical aspects of expansion into North America.
