Tungsten Network is a global electronic invoicing firm that provides supply chain financing services from international offices in the United Kingdom, United States, Bulgaria, Germany, and Malaysia.As product owner I was responsible for owning and delivering the product roadmap for Salesforce and OBi (internal SQL database) and the associated applications. Working with up to three different software development squads simultaneously (based in London, Kiev and Delhi) to deliver multiple projects where the positive impact is felt across the whole business by both internal and external customers. Each project and squad is unique and the approach to development is tailored to suit each, I have used Scrum, Kanban and Waterfall methodologies as needed and delivered great results using each. Projects I have worked on include; redesigning and rebuilding the tools used by the Campaigns team, designing and building an integration between existing SQL database and Salesforce and rolling out Service cloud to our customer support team. I have also played a pivotal role in resolving a large number of long standing issues within these application, reducing the backlog of such items by ~90%, the average time to resolve by 6 months and dramatically increasing customer satisfaction.

TDS offer deposit protection across England & Wales and also delivers dispute resolution for multiple other organisations across the UK. Within this role I was responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, for both internal and external customers and fulfilling the role of 'Lead Business Analyst' in these projects too. The largest of these projects was the design and build of a website and back end database for TDS Custodial and TDS Northern Ireland. This includes an end to end dispute resolution mechanism, integrated finance system handling all finances for the schemes and multiple integrations with partners. Both of these schemes continue to flourish, win awards for outstanding performance and grow their customer base/market share. I continually delivered value for the business and customers through detailed requirements gathering, diligent requirements analysis and conscientious project delivery. This role required working alongside multiple development teams (based in different locations across the UK) throughout the software development lifecycle and working directly with customers, customer satisfaction is always a top priority.
